here is a sneak peak of the new kit

Just over 14 hours until my new kits launches at an exclusive store. Can you feel the excitement? Can you, can you, huh?

I’m just itching to spill the beans. First person to guess the store will win a copy of my new kit The Summer’s Edge Collection. I will give you some hints and the first person to send me an email with the correct answer will be the winner.

The guest designer spot that I mentioned a couple of weeks ago is rapidly approaching (pssst. keep an eye out this weekend ). I wanted to give you a little preview of what to expect from my new kit The Summer’s Edge. I created this layout with the kit this morning.

After that sneak peek the other night, I couldn’t wait to show you this kit! It is gorgeous, I was lucky enough to be on Shaui’s guest CT this month. It it is available now at oscraps.

Months ago, on the day I launched this blog in fact, I applied to a CT call with Fei Fei’s Stuff. I was offered a guest spot on her CT for the month of September, and I have really enjoyed working with some of her kits over the past couple of weeks. The month is going by too quickly, as she has so many kits that I want to scrap with!

The first kit I worked with is her latest release call Plum Autumn

The next kit that I couldn’t wait to get my hands on is Serendipity, a collaboration between Fei Fei’s Stuff and Joyce Paul Designs.

Just when I thought things couldn’t get any better, Fei Fei’s Stuff has yet another kit coming out in a couple of days – this time a collaboration with another of my favorite designers – Paislee Press! Here is a little sneak peek.

Well, just wanted to let you all know that I have been all kinds of busy working on an all new Scrap Originals Store and it is now officially on-line. The new store has full SSL protection, so all information and transactions will be safe as can be. Essentially, it’s the same type of protection that paypal or any large e-commerce has. I did a lot of research in the past few weeks about the vulnerability of online stores that don’t have the proper security and how to best protect the personal information of customers and I have taken all of those steps. So shop with confidence!

Unfortunately, I won’t have a chance to run any fun promotions to celebrate until this weekend or early next week. If you came across my blog looking for a freebie that was listed on another site, they are are now available in the new store. I will be updating links throughout the blog as quickly as possible, so if you come across a link that doesn’t work, please click on the store link under Navigation or Now Open in the left side bar (or one of the highlighted links in this post), and you should be able to find what you’re looking for.

It’s seems I’m always in some sort of transition here at Scrap Originals, but I think we’re finally getting somewhere. Now that the store is done, I will be able to concentrate on new kits and fun challenges and prizes!

oooooh, one other exciting tidbit. I just found out that I will be featured as a guest designer in a very fabulous store that I will announce in the next couple of weeks. I am working on a new kit that will be available only in this new store for the next couple of months… so stay tuned!
