All Kit contents and other Scrap Originals products are copyright protected unless otherwise stated in this document. Ownership and copyright of all Scrap Originals designs is retained by Scrap Originals.

By purchasing a kit(s), element(s) pack, quick page(s), template(s), etc. you are purchasing a license to use these products for PERSONAL use and agree to these terms.
You MAY NOT share, loan, or redistribute any Scrap Originals products and/or art.

Scrap Originals products are for PERSONAL, non-commercial use only. They may not be used for the purpose of web design or web templates, albums, eBay product pages or eBay about me pages, cards or any type of art that will be used for the purpose of selling or generating income.

EXCEPTIONS
You MAY submit your layouts using Scrap Originals designs products to magazines and other publications that grant prizes (money of gifts) for selection as long as proper credit is given.

If you are a professional photographer or scrap-for-hire artist and wish to create custom printed art for clients, please contact me at admin@scraporiginals.com. Most products are eligible for limited professional licenses, which are available for an additional fee. Please understand that permission is given on a case-by-case basis and additional fees will apply in order to obtain the limited professional license
